      The structure is made from carbon steel cold laminated forming a single block structure.

      All the parts in contact with the structure by the inside are screwed for an easy cleaning and maintenance work.

      Among other features the elevating belt includes an in-wheeled structure (screwed to its base) for an easy shifting if necessary.

      The belt´s traction is induced by means of the tension roll´s tension on the lower side of the belt (friction).



          
                                 
     

The belt´s traction rollers are made in steel covered with vulcanised rubber, allowing this way more reliability compared with other systems.

          Next to the elevating belt´s hopper is placed a mechanism to regulate the desired amount of product, consisting in a  trap which can be regulated depending on the product to be transported.
  
     
 

Hooper's Oven

    In the upper part of the oven there is installed a volume sensor next to the unload hopper. With this sensor we can easily regulate the desired loading limit as well as the working place within the hopper.
