The "COOLING BELT" is obviously intended to cool up the product once it has been roasted.

        The Product is carried along the belts while a double cooling system turbine cools the product evenly, by means of a gentle air stream.

        The belt's  speed can be regulated can be regulated by means of a speed-regulator motor.
